Answer:You have to have a photo copy of power of Attorney wich should be certified by a sri lankan notory,and you have to get prepared an affidavit to say that your document is genuine and still inforce.These documents must be sended to the head office of the R.G.D or to the relevant Zonal office for registration.Stamps to the value of rupees is 3.75. should be affixed on the photo copy as the registration fee.
