Issuance of National Birth Certificates began in Kegalle division under the digital system "Digital Access to Heritage"

With the e-Population program introduced by the Registrar General's Department, the issuance of National Birth Certificates under the "Digital Access to Heritage" digital system commenced in the Kegalle Division.Since the certificate is available in Sinhala and English or Tamil and English, there is no need to translate the birth certificate separately.
