If a document has been erroneously registered at the Land Registry, an application can be made for its rectification in accordance with Section 35 of the Registration of Documents Ordinance, No. 23 of 1927.
The said request must be submitted in writing by the relevant parties to the relevant Land Registrar.
Documents to be submitted,
A letter of request asking to make the necessary corrections
The original copy of the erroneously registered deed (The original copy will be returned after inspection).
Certified copies of the extracts in which the relevant deed was registered.
The applicant will be notified after the relevant corrections have been made.
