i. If at least one deed has been drawn and attested, the recommendation of the Land Registrar regarding the transfer of the judicial zone. ii. If no deed has been drawn and attested, an affidavit provided by the notary.
A photocopy of the annual license obtained from the High Court relevant to the year the application is submitted.
The receipt for the payment of Rs. 3,000/- per language made to the Department's Shroff, or the green-colored receipt for the amount credited to Account No. 7039827 at the Bank of Ceylon.
Action will be taken to issue the relevant license upon the submission of the above documents.
